ABOUT GEORGINA
Georgina’s journey that led to the creation of her signature therapy‘The Shift’ was both magical and enlightening. It was a journey of healing which began with
Reiki that was originally intended to help her through some troubled times, but having seen and experienced the amazing results of Reiki, opened up a world of possibilities.
After eagerly furthering this to Reiki 1 and 2, she found she had quite literally turned her life around by overcoming an illness and then selling her business and moving to Ibiza where she has since been studying energy work and body work for the past 23 years.
During this time, Georgina reached a point where she felt that a lot of body work did not integrate or raise enough awareness to the power of the mind and also vice versa; that the mind work did not raise awareness of the body, mind breathing connections.
She felt that connecting the dots between these 2 key aspects would greatly help people to connect deeper with their true and higher selves, as well as hugely assist people to live a more balanced, healthy and joyful life. Thus, ‘The Shift’ was born!
Over the past 20 years, whilst facing and embracing her own shadows, Georgina developed the confidence, drive and dedication to pursue a life-long dream and discover her true passion – music and the therapeutic benefits of sound.
Georgina’s studies in vibrational medicine, integrative medicine, eastern/western body work and massage techniques, acupressure, crystal healing, essential oils , meditation, visualisation and emotional freedom technique and ancient shamanic practices and rituals continue to influence her treatments and bring transformative benefits to her patients.
